Pre-Cast GFRC Concrete
This type of concrete comprises the majority of cast concrete work. Templates are taken onsite and highly refined molds are made at our studio; concrete is cast into the molds and allowed to cure for 2-4 weeks - the resulting counters are vary hard and have an almost glass like finish. Counters can be made a minimum of 0.75" and up.

Cast in Place GFRC Concrete
Cast- In Place GFRC counters are where we are erect forms on and around your cabinets. The concrete is cast right side up, hand finished by steel trowel to a smooth burnished finish. The concrete is then cured inplace and we return 2-4 weeks later to detail/ hand polished and seal. The finished surface of Cast In Place Concrete as a smooth leatherly feel. Cast In Place offers the ability of casting monolithically with no seams.

" Concrete Look" Semco Seamless Stone coating over plywood or cement board base. Templates are taken on site and fabricated at our studio with specified substrate. sealers
We offer several types of sealer to protect your surfaces. The sealers we use are in accordance with USDA regulations 9 CFR, Section 416.4 and the Food Safety Inspection Service’s “Sanitation Performance Compliance Guide”.
ICT PS1 High Sheen Reactive Sealer is a hybrid sealer which combines the benefits of reactive penetrating sealing technology and a micro-coating technology together in one single product. This sealer provides excellent stain and abrasion resistance, requiring very minimal maintenance for years of quality use and abuse. Initial protection will be required, and wet spills should be cleaned promptly, whilst the sealer cures. The sealer will become more stain resistant over time,as the system reacts with the concrete. This sealer is classified as a penetrating sealer with low build. Also available ICT PS1 Low Sheen Reactive Sealer.
Buddy Rhodes Reactive Polyurethane Sealer (RPS) is a hybrid sealer combining the benefits of both reactive sealing technology and a water borne urethane sealer. RPS gives excellent stain protection and durability, although may scratch under heavy abuse. This sealer is classifed as a higher build sealer/ coating. Always use a cutting board for food prep. RPS is available in satin or matte finishes. Either finish can be applied in one of two ways – Color Enhanced, or Non-Color Enhanced. Color enhanced applications will deepen the integral color of the concrete.
