The SEMCO Liquid Membrane™️ is a ready-to-use waterproofing and anti-fracture membrane in one, safe to use both indoors and outdoors. This waterproofing membrane is commonly used for foundations, ICF's, basements, shower liners, deck and fence posts and planter boxes. It can be applied to almost any substrate, from metal and wood to concrete surfaces and many more. The formula contains no solvents, is non-toxic, VOC-free, and boasts plenty of other benefits too:
